CNC machining: The cut aluminum block will be sent to the CNC punching machine area for machining

3 Polished
Polishing: The products are sent to the polishing area for polishing and polishing. Our factory has 20 semi-automatic polishing machines and several automatic polishing machines developed by ourselves. After polishing, the products are sent to the quality inspection area for inspection

4 Anodizing
Anodizing: The surface treatment of our products adopts anodizing process, and the products are polished and sent to our oxidation plant for surface treatment after passing the quality inspection

5 Incoming Inspection
Incoming material inspection: The oxidized product will be sent to a special area for quality inspection, and after passing the quality inspection, it will be sent to the assembly line for assembly
